In the golden autumn month of October, nature bursts forth in abundance. On October 7, the third session of the 6th Council Meeting of the Dalian Chain Operation Association was successfully held at the conference room of Yusheng Group. Attendees included Yi Jiewen, Honorary Chairman of the Association and Chairman of Yusheng Group; Liu Yong, President of the Association and Chairman of Dalian Haohe Food Co., Ltd.; Qu Changfei, Executive President of the Association, along with leaders from various council member organizations and members of the Secretariat. Together, they engaged in an in-depth discussion on key topics such as Party-building leadership, strategic planning, business model innovation, and the upcoming association leadership transition. The gathering marked a collaborative effort to chart a shared vision for industry-wide synergy and explore new avenues for innovative growth, ultimately paving the way for a sustainable, high-quality future in Dalian’s chain operation sector.

It is not only a "think tank" that brings together the collective wisdom and strength of the entire industry to chart the course for industrial and business development, but also a "strategic starting point" that sets the clear direction for anchoring the industry's future trajectory and outlining a blueprint for high-quality growth. This setting establishes a guiding tone of pragmatism, authenticity, and unified determination for the entire conference, underscoring the association's vital role in steering the industry toward steady and sustainable progress—and laying a robust intellectual foundation as well as providing a clear path forward for the efficient execution of all subsequent agenda items.
Liu Yong, President of Dalian Hahe Food Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Dalian Chain Operation Association The association will uphold "empowering the industry's high-quality development" as its core value and position itself strategically as "a bridge connecting businesses, serving industries, and linking global markets." We will continue to deepen our efforts in precisely matching enterprise resources, breaking down information barriers, and integrating premium industry elements to create an efficient collaboration platform for our members. Additionally, we will provide businesses with expert compliance guidance and robust risk-management services, ensuring their steady and sustainable growth while paving the way for the industry to achieve transformative progress—anchored in the local market, expanding nationwide, and reaching out to international horizons. Furthermore, to ensure the association operates smoothly and efficiently while safeguarding the rights and interests of all members, President Liu Yong has solemnly pledged on behalf of the organization: We will focus on building a professional, high-performing, and equitable association management team, backed by a well-established, scientifically rigorous internal oversight framework. We will rigorously enforce transparent financial practices, proactively embracing comprehensive scrutiny from all member units. At the meeting, representatives from various board members and guests enthusiastically offered suggestions and insights on topics such as association operations, resource integration, and member contributions.
Qu Changfei, Executive President of the Dalian Chain Operation Association First, a focused analysis was conducted from perspectives such as policy benefits, industry transformation, consumption upgrading, and geopolitical advantages.
Sun Gang, Chairman of Dalian Zhuangyuanhai Ecological Seedling Industry Co., Ltd. Then shared the achievements and experiences of the e-commerce livestreaming business;
Li Guoqiang, Chairman of Dalian Guangji Island Bio-Food Co., Ltd. A comprehensive elaboration is provided from three aspects: the membership development and admission mechanism, precise resource matching, and business expansion.
Gao Guangdong, Chairman of Dalian Pengpeng Foot Care Service Co., Ltd. Sharing operational experiences from other brother chambers of commerce, as well as successful cases of their member companies in chain-operation filings;
Liu Jun, Chairman of Dalian Junle Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. It is recommended to actively promote the integrated "Party Building + Service" model.
Lu Zhibao, Chairman of Xiaotadou Supply Chain Management (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Taking its aquatic product trading platform as an example, actively explore a new model of community-based chain services;
Yang Junwei, General Manager of Dalian Gangming Food Co., Ltd. Focusing on sharing how the company's brand primarily centers on Dalian's signature sea urchin processing and seafood dumpling/wonton production, as well as the market potential of the emerging sea urchin-related industry.
Chairman of Yuèyáng Wùyǔ (Dalian) Operations Management Co., Ltd. Huang Gang Highlighting the core of business association cohesion, and sharing the Dalian Japan Chamber of Commerce's experience in enhancing member engagement by organizing various matchmaking events and activities for its members.
Liang Shicheng, Secretary-General of the Dalian Chamber of Commerce in Japan It is therefore recommended that the association should learn from the experiences of Japanese chain enterprises in areas such as standardized management and product innovation, and actively engage in cross-sectoral collaboration.
Yang Fubin, former Director of the Civil Organization Administration Bureau of the Dalian Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau As a special guest at the conference, I delivered a key concluding speech during the opinion-exchange session, clearly emphasizing that the association should fulfill its role as a "bridge-builder." I also underscored the rationale behind the association's functional structure, offering numerous valuable suggestions that enriched the discussions throughout the meeting.

During the meeting, The Secretariat delivered a work report covering the progress of the association's leadership transition, mobilization for transferring party membership affiliations, key work plans for the second half of the year, upgrades to member services, and participation in domestic and international exhibitions.
