The Dalian Smart Health Care platform conducts online training sessions for elderly care institutions and businesses throughout the city.


On July 21, with the support of the Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau, Dalian Smart Health and Wellness Industry Co., Ltd. successfully held a special training session on the "Dalian Smart Health and Wellness" elderly care service platform. Nearly 400 frontline elderly care service managers from across the city attended the training. The meeting systematically introduced the "Dalian Smart Health and Wellness" platform, a key project focused on "serving the people, promoting the silver economy, and flourishing the elderly care ecosystem." This marks a crucial step for Dalian in advancing the digital and intelligent transformation of its elderly care service system. Wang Xinghui, President of the Dalian Elderly Welfare Association and General Manager of Dalian Smart Health and Wellness Industry Co., Ltd., presided over the training. The "Dalian Smart Health and Wellness" elderly care service platform was developed by Dalian Kangyang Group, Dongsoft Rixin Technology Group, and Dongsoft Group, authorized by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and with the support and guidance of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. Through "AI + big data" technology, it efficiently connects both the supply and demand sides of elderly care services, better meeting the growing demand for high-quality elderly care services in the city.
During the training, a special training group composed of the operation and technical teams of the "Dalian Smart Health and Wellness" elderly care service platform used an "online live broadcast + real-time interaction" model, linking elderly care institutions, home-based community elderly care service centers, elderly meal canteens, and elderly care-related enterprises across the city for joint training. Focusing on the core positioning of the platform empowering the new ecosystem of the elderly care industry, the training detailed the platform's functions and structure, and demonstrated the platform's merchant entry and user ordering processes.
The platform is scenario-application-oriented, focusing on the high-frequency needs of the elderly. It breaks down the barriers between home, community, and institutional elderly care scenarios, linking resources across health, medical care, caregiving, health tourism, and lifelong education to build a smart service network that provides "full scenario coverage and full resource linkage." The elderly can use their mobile phones to complete the entire service reservation and product purchase process. For the elderly user group, the platform has specially designed a simple interface and guidance prompts to help smart elderly care services penetrate the "last mile".
The successful completion of this training signifies that this city-level smart elderly care platform, which brings together the strengths of multiple parties, is officially unveiled to the city's elderly care service providers and is about to enter the trial operation phase. Through this systematic training, frontline elderly care service managers across the city have gained a deep understanding of the platform's value, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation of services.
