In 1986, the Teaching Instrument and Equipment Industry Association was established in Tianjin to be responsible for the management of the teaching instrument and equipment industry, and successively changed its name to China Teaching Instrument and Equipment Industry Association and China Education Equipment Industry Association (current name). For more than 30 years, with the purpose of service education, the association has been committed to carrying out industry development investigation and research, carrying out industry exchanges and cooperation, standardizing industry standards and behaviors, improving product quality and services, and making irreplaceable positive contributions to industry and industry development. Since 1980, the China Educational Equipment Exhibition sponsored by the Association has been held for 76 consecutive sessions. It has become the largest and most influential equipment product display and exchange and cooperation platform in the education industry. Since 2003, we have organized a product recommend every two years to actively promote the promotion and application of new technologies and products. Since 2014, special business training activities have been carried out and more than 3000 key people in the industry have been trained so far. Since 2016, the pilot work of group standards has been carried out, a total of 12 educational equipment group standards have been issued, and 8 industry standards have been formulated. As of July 2019, the China Education Equipment Industry Association has 9 branches including Early Childhood Education Equipment Branch, Higher Education Equipment Branch, and Education Information Equipment Branch, with more than 3800 member units, covering 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, and the equipment varieties cover traditional Teaching equipment, school logistics equipment and the latest information technology and artificial intelligence. China Education Equipment Industry Association has become the most representative and influential social organization in China's education equipment industry.
