1. Planning and design

Strictly abide by China's "clean room construction and acceptance specification" (hereinafter referred to as the "specification") emphasizes that fresh air must follow the principle of three-level filtration. To make the clean room meet the functional requirements of the hospital to the greatest extent.

2. Strict construction

Inspection and verification shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant national engineering technical standards, construction quality acceptance specifications and design documents. Strictly control the quality of materials and equipment. The use of clean room decoration materials is not dust-producing, dust-free, corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and easy-to-clean and fire-proof materials. In addition, air conditioning insulation materials must also meet the relevant provisions of the state to achieve corrosion resistance, no dust, no dust and fire protection requirements.

4. Acceptance

The purified air-conditioning system must be continuously air-blown for more than 12 hours. After air-blowing, the return air duct and the inside of the air-conditioning unit shall be cleaned and scrubbed. At the same time, a qualified third-party testing unit is entrusted to test the cleanliness of the clean room against the design documents and relevant standards and specifications.
