On June 27th, the establishment ceremony of the China Furniture Association's Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee was successfully held in Shenzhou, Hebei, under the theme of "Joint Efforts, Dream Farther." Leaders and guests in attendance included: Xu Xiangnan, Chairman of the China Furniture Association; Sun Wenxin, Deputy Mayor of Hengshui Municipal Government; Tu Qi, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Furniture Association and Director of the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee; Ren Yuping, Vice Chairman of the China Furniture Association; Yu Bo, Secretary of the CPC Shenzhou Municipal Committee; Feng Shuyun, Mayor of Shenzhou Municipal Government; Huang Ganshng, Level 3 Research Fellow of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Zhangshu City; Deng Haitao, Level 3 Research Fellow of the Yibin District Administrative Committee of Luoyang City; Lu Yajing, Director of the Huayin Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee of Shaanxi Province; Zhu Guoqiang, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology of Anji County; and representatives from office and commercial furniture companies, associations, chambers of commerce, and media across the country. Yi Jiewen, Vice Chairman of the China Furniture Association and Chairman of Yusheng Group, was also invited to attend.

In his speech at the ceremony, Xu Xiangnan, Chairman of the China Furniture Association, pointed out that the furniture industry is an important consumer goods industry and a long-lasting industry, playing a positive role in stabilizing the national economy and ensuring residents' employment. Office and commercial furniture is a vital component of China's furniture industry. Along with over 40 years of social transformation and economic development since the reform and opening up, it has formed a service system encompassing offices, education, hotels, medical care, security, and insurance, constructing a full-chain ecological model. This makes it a core engine driving high-quality development in the industry and an important calling card for "Made in China" on the world stage. Currently, China's office and commercial furniture industry is entering a new era of "quality-first, brand-first." The trend towards digital offices is accelerating, and sustainable development is being vigorously promoted. The merger of the original Office Furniture and Metal Furniture sub-committees of the China Furniture Association into the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee will effectively help companies adapt to market changes, build a highly efficient and professional platform, and accelerate the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. He stated that the office and commercial furniture industry should use intelligent manufacturing as a lever, focus on user needs, and accelerate the construction of a modernized industrial system; keenly observe market changes and deeply participate in the integration of industry and city; use green as the background color and proactively assume development responsibilities; and use brands as a fulcrum to build a strong furniture nation. He hopes that the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee will fully leverage the leading role of excellent enterprises and entrepreneurs, seize opportunities, unite forces, and contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to the stable prosperity of the global furniture industry.
Yu Bo, Secretary of the Shenzhou Municipal Committee, delivered a welcome speech. He introduced that under the historical opportunities of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the construction of the Xiong'an New Area, Shenzhou has set the development goal of "Northern Furniture Looks to Shenzhou." Guided by serving the vast market of Beijing, Tianjin, and Xiong'an, it is seizing the strategic window period of the transformation and upgrading of the home furnishing industry and unswervingly promoting the high-quality development of the green and intelligent home furnishing industry, cultivating an industrial chain ecosystem with distinct characteristics, complete supporting facilities, and integrated upstream and downstream industries. Shenzhou has always been a solid backing for the development of enterprises, proactively providing services, and fully assisting enterprises in securing orders and expanding markets. As the host of this conference, Shenzhou will use this event as an opportunity to continuously optimize its "grandma's home-style" service, implement the "chain leader + chain + chain group" investment attraction model, and make policy supply more precise, element support more efficient, and enterprise services more attentive. In the future, the completion of the Shenzhou Station of the Xiong'an-Shangqiu High-speed Railway will bring more efficient transportation and flow of elements, further shortening the spatial distance and development connection with Beijing, Tianjin, Xiong'an, and even the national market. Tu Qi, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Furniture Association and Director of the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee, delivered a work report. She expressed her gratitude for the encouragement and affirmation from Chairman Xu Xiangnan and the trust and support from the committee members, and reported on the committee's work plan in four aspects: First, strengthening the leading role of technological innovation; building a technology-oriented honorary evaluation system; organizing and recommending enterprises to participate in national honorary selections; using exhibitions as a platform to deepen the industry consensus on technology-driven development; and linking upstream and downstream industries to stimulate the endogenous driving force for enterprise transformation and upgrading. Second, improving the level of industrial standardization; improving the construction of the standard system; promoting the standardization of new products and technologies in emerging fields; and providing normative guidance for industry innovation and transformation. Third, deepening brand building; assisting enterprises in accelerating brand building through the evaluation of top ten brands; assisting enterprises in breaking through and spreading through media platforms; implementing the "brand going global plan" to assist enterprises in global exhibitions, trade docking, and study tours; and exploring more development and cooperation opportunities. Fourth, promoting fair government procurement and market prosperity; strengthening communication and liaison mechanisms with competent authorities; promoting the effective transmission of enterprise information and development appeals; establishing a recommended "whitelist" to set a benchmark for the healthy development of the industry; and playing the role of industry experts to participate in the demonstration of major project procurement and promote fair, prosperous, and sustainable market development. She stated that the development of the furniture industry has changes and challenges, as well as storms and baptism, but also unlimited opportunities and a bright future. She hopes to enhance cooperation with everyone, set sail again, and jointly create a better future.
Xie Youyou, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Furniture Association, read the document "Decision on the Appointment of the China Furniture Association's Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee." Chairman Xu Xiangnan presented certificates to the director, executive director, and deputy directors of the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee. Director Tu Qi presented certificates to the committee members, secretary-general, and deputy secretaries-general of the Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee. Yusheng Group, with its leading position and outstanding brand in the office and commercial furniture field, was honorably elected as the deputy director unit of the first committee of the China Furniture Association's Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee.
Yi Jiewen, Vice Chairman of the China Furniture Association and Chairman of Yusheng Group, stated that over the years, Yusheng Group has always adhered to the corporate vision of "Creating a Smart Living Environment and Serving a Better Life." Being elected as the deputy director unit of the first committee of the China Furniture Association's Office and Commercial Furniture Professional Committee is a concentrated manifestation of the company's strength, as well as recognition and affirmation from the industry, truly deserving the honor. Following this, Ni Liangzheng, Chairman of Sainty Technology Co., Ltd., and Xiong Bolin, General Manager of Jiangxi Jinhu Insurance Equipment Group Co., Ltd., gave keynote speeches. Feng Shuyun, Mayor of Shenzhou Municipal Government, gave a speech titled "Shenzhou Green and Intelligent Home Furnishing Industry Cluster Promotion and Construction Prospect." She introduced that after years of development, Shenzhou has formed four leading industries: "agricultural and sideline product processing, machinery equipment manufacturing, green and intelligent home furnishing, and fine chemicals." The green and intelligent home furnishing industry has gone through three stages: "drawing on a blank sheet of paper, starting from scratch," "planning first, setting the direction," and "seizing opportunities, gathering momentum." The municipal party committee and government have adhered to the principles of "planting trees to attract phoenixes," "optimizing the environment to promote development," and "creating brands to gather strength." Through policy support, they have effectively promoted the rapid development of the intelligent home furnishing industry. Looking to the future, Shenzhou is facing the policy advantages of overlapping opportunities, the strong demand of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the continuous improvement of its location, industrial base, and talent advantages, which will lay a more solid foundation for the prosperous development of the home furnishing industry.
During the conference, representatives visited the Xiong'an Hengshui Cooperation Zone Green and Intelligent Home Industry Park, inspecting the Sheng'ao Xiong'an Industrial Park, Liming International Intelligent Home (Shenzhou) Co., Ltd., and the Shenzhou City Planning Museum, getting a close look at new intelligent manufacturing technologies and new green development models. Participants fully affirmed the cluster effect and intelligent manufacturing level of Shenzhou's intelligent home industry and expressed firm confidence in the steady and prosperous development of the office and commercial furniture industry.
