In recent days, I have been continuously following reports on the symposium on private enterprises in our province through new media, and I deeply feel the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and the high importance and strong support of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government for the private economy. I am deeply encouraged and my confidence has greatly increased!
To be honest, it has not been easy to run a business these years, but seeing the province attach so much importance to our private enterprises, holding four symposiums on private enterprises, and promoting the overall strength, innovation capabilities, and market competitiveness of the private economy through innovative measures such as "three-enterprise linkage" and "three-fund coordinated efforts." Today's Liaoning has an increasingly better business environment, full of vitality like the black land in spring. As operators of private enterprises, we truly feel that Liaoning's private economy is ushering in a new round of spring development, which fills us with confidence in future development. In particular, provincial leaders publicly stated at this symposium that they will act as the enterprise's "four members": "servants" for financing, "promoters" for products, "obstacle removers" for difficulties, and "escorts" for development. These words are so down-to-earth; isn't this the caring person that our private enterprises need most?
Xi Jinping emphasized at the symposium on private enterprises that the development prospects of the private economy are broad and promising, and it is the right time for private enterprises and private entrepreneurs to show their talents. The private economy is an important force in Liaoning's revitalization. Currently, our province is in a critical period of revitalization and development, and policy dividends are continuously released. Our private enterprises should seize the opportunities, transform policy support into development momentum, and play a greater role in steady growth, promoting employment, and strengthening innovation. It is also suggested that the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government establish and improve a "fast track" for policy implementation to ensure that good policies benefit people's livelihood as soon as possible.
Liaoning is our root and our future. Under the strong leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, I will lead Yusheng Group to always adhere to legal and compliant operations, actively fulfill corporate social responsibilities, and make contributions that enterprises should make in areas such as stable employment, ecological environmental protection, and rural revitalization. I also hope that Liaoning's private enterprises will be like the azaleas in spring, blooming all over the Liaoning-Shenyang region, benefiting thousands of households, and contributing greater strength to the decisive year of the three-year action plan for the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning!
