The 53rd International Furniture Fair (Dongguan) opens grandly
On March 15th, the 53rd International Furniture Fair (Dongguan) grandly opened at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center. Leaders and industry representatives including Mr. Xu Xiangnan, Chairman of the China Furniture Association; Mr. Tu Qi, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Furniture Association; Mr. Li Hui, Vice Mayor of Dongguan; Mr. Xie Weidong, Party Secretary of Houjie Town, Dongguan; and Mr. Chen Shangrong, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Houjie Town, Dongguan, attended the opening ceremony.
In his address, Chairman Xu Xiangnan pointed out that the International Furniture Fair, after 26 years of cultivation, has always adhered to the principle of "leading industry trends and connecting global resources." It brings together resources across the entire industry chain, including design, manufacturing, materials, and equipment, and has evolved from a regional event into a global industry benchmark exhibition. This year's exhibition focuses on intelligent technology, green innovation, and younger consumer trends, showcasing the excellent quality and innovative achievements of Dongguan's furniture industry. It will gather global resources and continue to empower the high-quality development of the industry. This year is a crucial period for the continuous release of policy effects, promoting the development of the domestic market, and deepening reform and opening up. The government work report proposes "vigorously boosting consumption, improving investment efficiency, and comprehensively expanding domestic demand." It is hoped that the Furniture Fair will seize this trend, fully build a world-class advanced exhibition and trade service platform, and contribute greater strength to building a strong Chinese-style modern furniture nation. The Vice Mayor of Dongguan, Li Hui, announced the opening of the exhibition.
Lin Guorong, Chairman of the Dongguan Famous Furniture Club, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the club and the exhibition. He stated that the furniture industry is not only a characteristic industry of Dongguan but also the creator of a beautiful living environment. This year's exhibition, themed "Embrace," launches new foreign trade IPs such as the "International Furniture Pavilion," "Brand Guan," "Dongguan Furniture New Force Exhibition 3.0," and the Huishen Home Furnishing Innovation Pavilion, presenting the industry with a vibrant, opportunity-filled, and innovative home furnishing feast. In the face of the dual opportunities of the artificial intelligence wave and consumption upgrades, the Famous Furniture Club will unite its efforts, fully implement the spirit of high-quality development, and cultivate strong momentum for the high-quality development of the industry.
Lin Shi Chao, Chairman of the Hong Kong Furniture Association, stated in his speech that the Furniture Fair has always adhered to design innovation, technological integration, a global perspective, and industrial synergy, presenting the industry with a vibrant, opportunity-filled, and innovative home furnishing world. This year's exhibition focuses on new productivity, showcasing smart city living solutions from outdoor life to beautiful living environments, covering the entire city and all scenarios. In the future, the exhibition will actively embrace change, jointly create a greater home furnishing industry, and share new opportunities. During the opening ceremony, the "International Furniture Pavilion" in Area A of Hall 3 was grandly launched, with Chairman Xu Xiangnan, Mayor Chen Shangrong, and other leaders and guests attending the launch ceremony.
The 53rd Furniture Fair has attracted more than 1200 exhibitors showcasing a full range of brands and products, covering international furniture, quality furniture, high-end customization, integrated decoration, soft furnishings for living rooms and halls, smart sleep systems, children's furniture, outdoor furniture, soft furnishings and accessories, trendy toys and art, machinery and materials, and other full categories of home furnishings. Eight themed exhibition areas have made a fresh appearance, including the International Furniture Pavilion, the TOP Brand Pavilion, the Soft Smart Sleep/New Fashion Living Room and Hall Pavilion, the Dongguan Furniture New Force Exhibition, the Full-Case Design Customization Pavilion, the International Home Furnishing Boutique Street, the Famous Home Furnishing International Design Center, and the Dongguan International Furniture Machinery and Materials Exhibition, jointly launching an unimaginable home furnishing feast.
