The Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association, initiated by the Rain Life Group and other organizations, has been officially established.
To implement the national strategy for actively responding to population aging, and to fulfill the work requirements of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, promoting the coordinated development of the health and wellness industry in our city, representatives from 90 enterprises and institutions related to the health and wellness industry gathered at the Dalian Xinghai Holiday Hotel to successfully hold the founding conference of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association, jointly discussing the development plan for the health and wellness industry. Yusheng Group, as an initiating unit, was invited to participate in this founding conference.
The business scope of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association mainly covers eight sectors: elderly care services, medical and health services, age-friendly consumer products, elderly education and training, human resources services, health promotion and social participation, technology and smart elderly care services, and elderly care financial services. Member units will earnestly implement the strategic deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to respond to aging, leverage Dalian's comfortable and livable geographical advantages, and promote the deep integration of the health and wellness industry with urban development; strive to create a health and wellness industry brand with Dalian characteristics, fully build a demonstration zone for the international development of the health and wellness industry in Dalian, and provide the public with higher quality and more convenient health and wellness services; jointly promote the Dalian health and wellness industry towards a path of higher quality and more sustainable development, making Dalian a paradise for health and wellness.
Representatives from over 80 units in the city's health and wellness industry gathered together to witness this important moment. In the first phase of the meeting, representatives of the preparatory group of the association first reported on the preparatory work of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association. Subsequently, all representatives present solemnly voted to approve documents such as the "Articles of Association of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association," "Membership Fee Standards and Management Measures of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association," and "Election Methods of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association," and elected the first board of directors and supervisory board members of the association through a secret ballot, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent election of responsible persons.
Subsequently, the first meeting of the first board of directors and supervisory board of the Dalian Health and Wellness Industry Association was grandly held at the sub-venue. The board also elected Yusheng Group, Detai Health, Neusoft Ruixin, China Construction Bank, the Municipal Aging Industry Association, Asia Fishing Port, the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University, Zhen'ao Shuangdi, China Life, Bank of China, and Central Hospital (in no particular order) as 11 vice president units; the supervisory board elected China Merchants Bank Dalian Branch as the supervisory chairman unit.
